How I will do this for you
1. Interview you to understand your goals and dreams and identifying your areas of interest and aptitude by reviewing your background, experience, skills, financial status, interest, and other relevant data.
2. Research the Franchise options, and present matches to you.
3. Introduce you to the appropriate personnel at that Franchiser in which you are interested.
4. Help you devise the most effective questions to ask the franchise company to get the answers you will need to make informed decisions.
5. Help you complete the Franchiser’s evaluation process.
6. Help you interpret information you receive from the Franchiser.
7. Help you interpret information received from the Franchisees.
8. Help you complete and Application information for the Franchiser
9. Inform any particular Franchise system personnel when you are no longer interested
10. Introduce you to financing options.
11. Introduce you to attorneys specializing in franchise law.
What I expect from you if we choose to work together
1) Be honest with me and the franchise companies in our discussions.
2) When evaluating franchises, think in terms of what your duties will be as an owner not as an employee of your business.
3) Meet with me via phone or in person at our agreed times.
4) Meet with the Franchiser via phone or in person at your agreed times.
5) Participate in the system of discovery with the Franchisers you are evaluating, which will be a two-way information exchange, until you get to the point where you wish to proceed or withdraw your interest.
6) Let me know if you are working with any other Franchise Brokers or Consultants so we can always keep an open and honest relationship.
7) Let me know if any personal or financial changes take place that would affect your circumstances in relation to proceeding with Franchise evaluation.
8) Inform me if you are no longer interested in evaluating Franchise options for your future. If you are not interested, we don't need to waste each others' time.
